Our Mission
Construction Youth of America conditions the next generation by equipping high school students with the skills, discipline, and work ethic needed to succeed in the construction industry. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and the workforce by adapting to feedback from industry, up to date hands-on training, mentorship, and pathways into construction apprenticeships and career opportunities, preparing the youth to build not just a stronger workforce, but a stronger America.
